1.What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is hair that has not been chemically processed. It is non-dyed hair that is of natural colour from it's origin. 

 

2. How much hair do I need?

For lengths of 10"-16" 2 bundles is recommended for a natural look using depending on your head size and your desired look. For lengths of 18" or longer, 3 bundles is recommended. If you want a fuller look then extra bundles will be needed. 

 

3. About the length

Please measure the hair by stretch it to a straight condition instead of measuring the hair directly.
Meanwhile, since the length is measured by hand, it's unavoidable that there will be small inaccuracy (0.1-0.3 inches is acceptable)



4. How long does the weft last?

It depends on how you maintain it. With proper care this hair lasts 9 months to 1 year. Treat the hair like your own hair and take very good care of it, the hair can last longer.



5. What type of hair care products should I use?

Treat this hair as your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, also you can use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like hair spray or mousse to keep the style in place. But make sure to wash your hair and not leave these products in for too long. 



6. How to wash the hair

a) Wash your hair extensions regularly to avoid build up of oil and dirt. 
b) Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist the hair.
c) Use mild shampoo with warm water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly.
d) Blot out excess water with a towel and allow the hair to dry naturally or blow-dry with medium heat. 
e) Use a large toothed comb for curly hair or use your fingers. Do not brush.
f) Brush or comb your hair starting from the ends working your way up to the root in a downward motion. 
g) Consult your hair stylist if in doubt.
