Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase in original condition, unused, uncut with a valid receipt (please print email receipt). Purchases made by credit cards will be refunded to the original card. We will ship the exchanged item(s) using the same shipping method as the original order unless instructed otherwise. 

Re-shipping charge will apply. Re-shipping charge will apply and the shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note, custom orders such as custom wigs and made to order items are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.
